The menu screen displays all the reports available in the system. These reports are divided into Monthly reports and Cumulative Reports. Monthly reports allow you to select the month and Year for the desired report. The Cumulative reports aggregates the data from first available statistics, which is January 2002. In order to understand the reports it is important to understand that each region has 3 types of usage records. These are menu pages, information pages and timeouts.

Maximum Usage by Region:
This report allows you to select Month and Year. Selection of "month = all year" will allow you to run the report for the selected year. The purpose of this report is to list all the kiosk partners (regions) in an order so that the Region with the maximum usage is on top. This report will help in analyzing which Region is getting the maximum usage. This report selects all record types that includes menu, information pages and timeouts for the selected criteria.

This report allows you to select Month, Year and Region. Selection of "month = all year" will allow you to run the report for the selected year. The purpose of this report is to list all the Topics for the selected Region in an order so that the Topic with the maximum usage is on top. This report will help in analyzing which Topic for a Region is getting the maximum usage.This report only selects menu and information pages for the selected criteria.
Usage by Region, topic and Location:
This report allows you to select Month (one or all), Year and Region. Selection of "month = all year" will allow you to run the report for the selected year. The purpose of this report is to list the usage statistics broken down by topic and locations for the selected Region and timeframe. This report is sorted by ascending topic and loacations. This report only selects menu and information pages for the selected criteria.
Usage By Region and Agency:
This report allows you to select Month (one or all), Year and Region and Agency. Selection of "month = all year" will allow you to run the report for the selected year. The purpose of this report is to list the usage statistics broken down by Agency, topic and locations for the selected Region and timeframe. This report selects information pages only as the menu pages do not belong to a single agency. This report is sorted by ascending Agency, Topic and Location.
Daily Usage by Location:
This report allows you to select Month, Year and Location (one or all). Selection of "month = all year" will allow you to run the report for the selected year. The purpose of this report is to list the usage statistics broken down by each day of the selected month and location. This report is sorted by ascending Day and Location with the highest hits on top. This report selects all record types that includes menu, information pages and timeouts for the selected criteria.

This report will help in analyzing which location is getting the maximum usage. This report includes all the data starting from January 2002. Cumulative Usage by Region, Year and Month:
This report allows you to select by Region. The purpose of this report is to list the usage statistics by Region, Year and Month. This report includes all data starting from January 2002. This report is sorted by ascending Year and by most active to least active Month in terms of numbers of Hits within each year.

The purpose of this report is to list the usage statistics by Year and Month. This report includes all data starting from January 2002. This report is sorted by ascending Year and by most active to least active Month in terms of numbers of Hits within each year.
This report lists the total Number of touches (hits) in the kiosk system since inception (1996). The hits from 1996 thru 2001 is a static number of 5,534,513 (hits). The online reports were created in 2002. The data from 2002-to date is online.
This section will allow you to review all the static tables in the Kiosk Usage Statistics System. The static tables are used in deciding which agency the data will be reported under and also provides translation of region codes, location codes etc. If for a given region, you find that the data is being reported under a wrong agency or the functions have moved to a different agency then please contact the kiosk staff.
